What are the Points?
Points are a cumulative discount that you can use to pay for goods purchased in the Logifiler.com online shop.
1 Point = 0.01 EUR;
If you have Points, you will see how many you have accumulated and how many you can use in the order review step.
Points are valid for 9 months from the date of issue.
How can I get more Points?
- Every new registered user receives points upon registration
- Every time you buy, you will accumulate 3-5% of the value of the shopping cart in Points, depending on your Tier Level.
- During promotions! Follow our promotions during which we give away Points.
Tier levels
There are 3 Tier levels in our Loyalty program. Depending on your purchase history:
Tier 1 is the default level upon registration. It awards you 3% cashback every time you complete a purchase.
Tier 2 is available once your total spend reaches 100 euros. It awards you 4% cashback every time you complete a purchase.
Tier 3 is available once your total spend reaches 300 euros. It awards you 5% cashback every time you complete a purchase.
Each Tier is automatically upgraded after you meet the total order amount threshold.
Attention!
Suppose fraud cases are detected (i.e., when the promotion terms are not followed: for example, the same person creates an account several times). In that case, Logifilter.com reserves the right to cancel the Points awarded, unilaterally terminate the purchase and sale agreements, and cancel the registration in this online shop without a separate warning.
Points are deducted if the buyer returns a good quality item not due to the fault of the seller or manufacturer, but for reasons such as:
– wrong product size, color, shape;
– The product quality did not meet the buyer’s expectations;
– The buyer returns the product using his right as a consumer to refuse the product.
