Cookies
For the website to function properly, we store small data files called cookies on your device. Most websites do the same.
What are cookies?
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your device when you visit a website. It allows a website to “remember” your actions and preferences (e.g. your registration name, language, font size, and other display options) for a certain period without you having to re-enter them each time you visit the website or browse through its various pages. Cookies also help us to collect statistical information about the website’s traffic. Cookies are only recorded if you confirm your consent in a pop-up message on the website, except for cookies that are necessary to provide our services.
Why do we use cookies?
Our website uses cookies that:
Recognise whether the same visitor is browsing the website as has already visited;
Determine whether you have consented to cookies being placed on your devices;
Provide a list of the products you have viewed;
Tailor the advertising shown to the visitor online based on the visitor’s browsing history;
Capture statistics about website traffic;
Remember the choices you have made as a user of Google services.
The legal basis for the use of cookies is our legitimate interest in ensuring the technical functionality of the website (e.g. the operation of the shopping cart) and, in the case of the use of cookies to remember your preferences, for statistical purposes and to provide you with tailored advertisements, your consent.

Your data will be processed for the purpose of direct marketing for a period of 5 years from the date of your consent and the date of the last contact with you. After the expiry of the specified period or if you withdraw your consent, your data will be immediately destroyed or no longer used to send direct marketing.
Providing personalised offers
We will use the data you provide in your account and your purchase history to assess your needs and interests so that we can offer you discounts on products that may be more relevant to you. We carry out this assessment (also known as profiling) in an automated way. We build customer profiles by assessing various demographic attributes and shopping trends. For example, if you have purchased a pump on the website, we may include you in a group of customers that we intend to inform about promotions for pump accessories or replacement parts. We may automatically select and offer products that are typically of interest to our other customers who have made similar purchases to you.
We will only use your data to select personalised offers if you have not objected to this: when you register or make a purchase on the website
The legal basis for processing your data for profiling purposes is our legitimate interest in tailoring our services as closely as possible to our customers’ needs and in making our business more efficient (Article 6(1)(f) of the Regulation). You have the right to object at any time to the processing of your data for profiling purposes by managing your account settings.
