Refine your search with the full unit name or the full dimensions in mm (e.g., “Komfovent REGO 200” or “287x287x25”). Model code/part number also works.
Extract filter – G4 (Coarse 75%) – for MVHR protection
Supply filter – G4 (Coarse 75%) – for indoor air protection
This filter set follows the ISO 16890 standard for particle filtration efficiency. The G4 filters capture up to 75% of coarse airborne particles that are larger than 10 microns, such as soil particles, large pollen grains, plant debris, insect wings, sawdust, sand and textile lint. One of them filters the air extracted from your indoor space and protects the MVHR unit by reducing visible dust and general build-up in the ventilation system. Meanwhile, the other one cleans the outdoor air supplied into your premises, improving indoor air quality and protecting your health.Atrea typically recommends using the same filter grade on both the extract and supply sides (G4+G4 or F7+F7). However, if you prefer a higher filter class for the supply side, we recommend purchasing an additional 2-pack of F7 filters, as they are sold separately. You can find them via this link.
Usage and maintenance
Atrea recommends replacing the filters every 6 months, to ensure optimal air quality and system performance. However, replacement frequency may vary depending on factors such as:
Air pollution levels (e.g. urban vs rural areas)
Allergies or respiratory sensitivities
Indoor pets or smoking
Dust from nearby construction sites
If your system includes a filter change indicator, follow its alerts. Otherwise, check the filters visually – if they appear very dirty or clogged, it's time to replace them.
Manufacturing quality
These filters are manufactured by Atrea, a respected family‑owned company based in the Czech Republic. Alongside its main facility, Atrea coordinates production through branches and authorised partners across Europe, where they maintain strict oversight of product quality. Backed by over 30 years of engineering experience, Atrea designs its products with a focus on energy efficiency, incorporating advanced heat exchange systems, automatic climate control, and cutting-edge airflow technology. All products undergo thorough internal testing and meet stringent European performance and quality standards. These panel filters are made using Z-line technology, featuring folded filter media bonded with glue and mounted in a cardboard frame. The glue fixation keeps it evenly spaced and stable, ensuring more uniform airflow distribution and consistent filtration across the entire surface. Meanwhile, the folded construction increases the effective filtration area, enhancing particle retention and a lower pressure drop.Choosing original Atrea filters guarantees your MVHR system performs according to the manufacturer’s specifications, maintaining optimal air quality and energy efficiency.
Diesel soot, airborne viruses, smoke from traffic and industry, combustion particles, ultra-fine dust, secondary organic aerosols from chemical reactions in air

Which Atrea units are covered by your filter range?
We stock replacement filter sets for the Atrea Duplex range, the brand's most widely installed residential and light-commercial MVHR series across Central and Eastern Europe. If your unit carries a Duplex nameplate but you're unsure of the exact variant, measuring the filter's length, width and height is the most reliable way to match it in our catalogue.
What happens if the Atrea filter I order doesn’t fit my Duplex unit?
If a filter you've ordered turns out not to match your Duplex variant, we accept returns or exchanges as long as the filter is unused and in its original packaging. Sending us your exact Duplex model code or the measured filter dimensions upfront is the easiest way to avoid a mismatch in the first place.
Can I fit an activated carbon filter to my Atrea Duplex unit for extra odour and VOC control?
Some Atrea Duplex variants support an additional activated carbon filter layer on the supply side, which helps absorb traffic fumes, cooking odours and general VOCs before they enter the home. It's typically fitted alongside — not instead of — the standard M5/F7 filtration, so check your unit's housing depth before ordering.
Can I upgrade my Atrea filter class for better allergen protection?
Many Atrea Duplex units accept both standard M5 and higher-grade F7/ePM1 filters in the same housing without any modification. If you or a family member suffers from pollen or dust allergies, upgrading the supply-side filter to F7 is one of the simplest performance upgrades available for these units.
How often should Duplex filter cartridges be replaced?
Atrea's guidance for Duplex filters covers three checkpoints:
Check filters every 3 months
Replace them at least twice a year, even if they still look clean
Watch for the RD5/RD6 controller's on-screen maintenance reminder, which triggers once pressure drop across the filter rises
Following that on-screen prompt rather than a fixed calendar date gives the most accurate result for your specific air quality conditions.
