These Terms and Conditions of Sale and Purchase of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms and Conditions”) are a mandatory and integral part of the contract of sale and purchase concluded between the Filterexpress.co.uk online store and the Filterexpress.co.uk customer (hereinafter referred to as “you”), which introduces the terms and conditions of sale and purchase of goods in the e-shop and sets out the rights and obligations of Filterexpress.co.uk and you about the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop. I. General provisions
1. The following persons are entitled to use the services of the online shop Filterexpress.co.uk:
1.1. able-bodied natural persons, at least 18 years of age;
1.2. minors between the ages of fifteen and eighteen, only with the consent of their parents, adoptive parents, or guardians, except in the case of self-disposal of their earnings or scholarship;
1.3. legal persons;
1.4. authorised representatives of all of the above.
2. If you want to use the e-shop services, you must register. The registration is deemed to have taken place and to be valid once you have electronically submitted your information and proceeded to the next steps.
3. The personal data (name, surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address) provided by you when registering in the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop and/or using its functions are stored and processed by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC, the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on the Legal Protection of Personal Data, and other legal acts regulating the protection of personal data, as well as the Filterexpress.co.uk privacy policy.
4. The prices of the goods indicated in the catalogue of the online shop are valid only when purchasing these goods in the online shop Filterexpress.co.uk. The prices of the goods in the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop are inclusive of VAT. Delivery prices are not included and are to be specified separately when placing an order. The delivery price is indicated to you before the order confirmation and is highlighted in the order confirmation itself.
5. The contract of sale shall be deemed to have been concluded from the moment when you have created a shopping cart in the Filterexpress.co.uk online store, indicated the delivery address, selected the payment method, and read (clicked on the button “I agree with the terms of purchase”) these Terms and Conditions, clicked on the button “Confirm order”. The contract concluded electronically between Filterexpress.co.uk and you is stored in the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop and can be accessed by you in electronic form.
6. Filterexpress.co.uk informs you of the conclusion of the contract of sale and purchase by sending you a notification to the e-mail address provided by you.
II. Your RIGHTS AND DUTIES
7. You may choose and order any product from the catalogues of the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop.
8. By using the services of the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and must comply with them.
9. You must provide complete and correct data in the registration form of the online shop Filterexpress.co.uk. If your personal data is changed and we are not informed, you will bear all the risk of loss arising from this.
10. You are responsible for all your actions when using the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop.
11. It is forbidden for the same person to register and use the services provided by the Filterexpress.co.uk online shop under more than one name.
12. You must be present at the specified place, at the specified time, to receive the goods ordered.
13. You undertake not to pass on your registration and login data to third parties. If you lose your login details, you must immediately inform Filterexpress.co.uk by e-mail [email protected]. Filterexpress.co.uk shall not be liable for the actions of third parties who have used your login data before the moment of notification. In this case, Filterexpress.co.uk shall be entitled to consider that the actions in the e-shop have been performed by you.
14. Filterexpress.co.uk shall not be liable for the actions of third parties when they use your banking system to enter into sale and purchase agreements using the e-shop services.
15. In order to be able to offer you a full range of services on our website, please allow us to store information on your computer (device) (cookies). We will use the information recorded to identify you as a previous user of the website and to collect website traffic statistics. You can view what information (cookies) we record at any time and you can delete some or all of the cookies we have recorded. You also have the right to object to the recording and use of information (cookies) on your computer/device, but in this case, some of the functions of the website may not be available to you. You can withdraw your consent at any time by changing your browser settings or by contacting us using any of the contact details published on the website. III. Filterexpress.co.uk rights and obligations
16. If at the time of registration or subsequently, false, inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete data is provided, or if you fail to comply with other obligations set out in these Terms and Conditions, Filterexpress.co.uk shall have the right to immediately cancel your registration and delete your data or restrict your right to use the services provided by the e-shop. You are solely responsible for the consequences of any incorrect data provided by you.
17. Filterexpress.co.uk reserves the right, without prior notice, to suspend or terminate your registration and use of the e-shop services if there is reason to believe that you are engaging in unauthorised activity or otherwise attempting to undermine the operation or stable functioning of the e-shop.
18. Filterexpress.co.uk undertakes to provide you with all the conditions to use the services provided by the e-shop.
19. Filterexpress.co.uk undertakes to offer you a similar product in the event of unforeseen circumstances when it is not possible to deliver the product you have ordered. If you refuse to accept an analogue product, we will refund the money paid within 72 (seventy-two) hours if you have made a prepayment.
IV. Payment for goods
20. You may pay for the goods by:
20.1. using the Bank’s online banking systems;
20.2. by advance bank transfer;
V. Delivery of the Goods
21. You have the right to choose one of the following methods of delivery of the purchased goods:
21.1. collection at an Omniva post office or DPD Pickup point.

23. Delivery costs in the e-shop are not included in the quoted price and are indicated to you when placing the order, as provided for in Clause 4 of the Terms and Conditions.
VI. Return of defective goods, right of withdrawal from distance contracts
24. The provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania and the Retail Trade Rules shall apply to the return of goods.
25. When returning a faulty product, Filterexpress.co.uk undertakes to accept the faulty product and, in the absence of your objection, to replace it with a similar product. If you object to the replacement of the faulty product with a quality product, we will refund the money paid for the faulty product within 72 (seventy-two) hours. If it becomes apparent that Filterexpress.co.uk does not have a similar product, you will be refunded the money paid for the product within 72 (seventy-two) hours of this discovery.
26. The returned product must be fully complete. You are responsible for the full completion of the goods. If the goods are not complete, they are not accepted for return.
27. You, as a consumer, have the right to withdraw from the distance sales contract by notifying us in writing (by email to [email protected]) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods, without giving any reason. This means that you may return the quality product to Filterexpress.co.uk within 14 (fourteen) days of delivery and withdraw from the contract, provided that the item has not been used, is undamaged, has retained its usable characteristics, and has not lost its merchantable appearance.
28. In the event of withdrawal from a distance sales contract, the goods must be returned in the packaging in which they were delivered. The packaging should be undamaged, clean, properly prepared, and and packed. Filterexpress.co.uk wishes to make every effort to comply with the specified requirements for the packaging and the protection of the goods against external damage.
29. The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:
29.1. contracts for packaged goods that have been unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
30.2. contracts relating to goods which, after delivery, by their nature are indistinguishable from other goods;
31.3. service contracts under which the services have been fully provided to you;
31.4. in other cases provided for in the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.
IX. Final provisions
32. Filterexpress.co.uk reserves the right to suspend, amend or modify these Terms and Conditions and other documents related to the Terms and Conditions at its sole discretion by informing you in the e-shop. Amendments or changes to the Terms and Conditions shall come into force from the date of their publication, i.e. from the date on which they are posted on the e-shop system.
33. If you do not agree with the new wording of the Terms and Conditions, amendments, additions, or changes, you have the right to refuse them, provided that you lose the right to use the e-shop services.
34. If you continue to use the e-shop services after the amendment of the Terms and Conditions, you shall be deemed to have accepted the new wording of the Terms and Conditions, amendments, or additions.
35. All disagreements regarding the performance of these Terms and Conditions shall be settled by negotiation. In the event of failure to reach an agreement within 30 (thirty) days, the disagreement shall be settled in accordance with the procedure established by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
36. You may submit a request/complaint regarding a product or service purchased in our online shop to the State Consumer Rights Protection Authority or fill in the request form on the EGS platform.
37. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
