Blauberg Recommendation – G4+F7 Filter Set

The manufacturer of Blauberg ventilation units recommends using G4+F7 filter sets in their products. The G4 filter is designed to clean the air that is extracted from the room to the outside. It is important that the air passing through the ventilation system is not enriched with dust or other small particles that could potentially damage the ventilation unit over time. The F7 filters, often referred to as compact filters, have more pleats and, with the supplied air into the house, do not allow allergens, odors, or other micro-particles to pass through.

When replacing the filters for the first time in a Blauberg ventilation unit, you will find three types of filters inside. One of them, the G4 class filter, is intended for single-use after the building construction to protect the system from high contamination. This filter helps maintain the efficiency of the ventilation unit by trapping larger particles and preventing them from clogging other system components.

Typically, two filters are used in Blauberg ventilation systems: the aforementioned G4 filter and the higher-specification F7 filter. The combination of these two filters ensures the optimal performance of the Blauberg ventilation system. All filter sets sold by us are made of G4 and F7 filters and comply with the ISO 16890 quality standard.
