The experience was seamless, they communicated well, and I got what I ordered quickly. I also found a product that I didn’t know existed, and ordered it as well. All in all, an excellent experience!

Everything was ok but it took like a week to receive the order when it appeared as completed in the status. Maybe more reliable information on the delivery process would be appreciated.Toni AlmansaTrustpilot review

Do the HRU ECO 150/200 and HRU ECO 350 use the same filters?
No. The HRU ECO 150 and 200 share one filter size, while the HRU ECO 350 takes a different set. Check the model code on the sticker inside the front cover before ordering, then choose G4+G4 or F7+F7 in the matching size.
How fast can you deliver Itho Daalderop filters within the Netherlands?
Itho Daalderop filters typically ship within a few business days to addresses across the Netherlands. Because HRU ECO units are so common in Dutch new-build housing, we keep both filter classes for them in stock to avoid delays.
My Itho Daalderop HRU ECO filter indicator is on — what should I do?
The filter indicator on HRU ECO units is a maintenance reminder. Check the filters, fit a new set if they are dirty — which they usually are after 3–6 months — and reset the indicator as described in your manual. Resetting it without changing the filters only postpones the reminder while airflow keeps dropping.
What filter class fits an Itho Daalderop HRU ECO unit?
For each HRU ECO size we stock two original sets:
- G4+G4 — coarse filters on both sides, the standard option
- F7+F7 — fine F7 (ePM1) filters that also catch pollen and fine dust
The F7 set is the better choice for allergy sufferers or homes near busy roads.
Which Itho Daalderop units does your catalogue cover?
We stock original filter sets for the Itho Daalderop HRU ECO range — HRU ECO 150/200 and HRU ECO 350 — one of the most widely installed balanced ventilation units in Dutch new-build housing. The model code is usually printed on a sticker inside the unit's front cover.
